Cincinnati Time Systems offers a variety of count systems by Federal APD and Signal Tech . A count system will count vehicles that enter and exit your parking facility to determine when your lot is full. When there are no available parking spaces, this triggers the Lot Full sign and disables entry devices, including ticket machines and card readers.
