When employees punch in, their time is integrated into the system. Also, when they move from market-to-market, all information is automatically transferred without us having to do it ourselves. As a result, the corporate office and market directors better communicate with each other, each store knows it has the right people in the system, and we have far more flexibility...which all makes things much easier for everybody.
